The safety cube theory was presented in the System of Systems Engineering Conference in May 2019 in Anchorage, Alaska, USA. The scientific community in this IEEE conference encouraged further development of this approach. It was an honour that Prof. Mo Jamshidi, the founding chair of the panel, made a written recommendation to the author to develop Safety Cube further.
